How to Finally Prevent Back-Pain
A tightening of the usually supportive back-muscles is the first cause of Back-Pain. The tightening creates a straight spinal column instead of the naturally curved, flexible and free-flowing one. The common result is a narrowing of the space between the spine and the nerve bundle, both of which run up to the head.
Between each bone in the spine there is a flexible disk. With the pressure of day-to-day living and tight inflexible muscles comes the probability of those disks being squeezed out-of-place. If the "Slipped Disk" as it is sometimes called touches the nerve bundle, the pain can be one of the worst experiences of our lives.
I once had an older female work colleague who had given birth to several kids, had replacement hip surgery twice and had also suffered severe back-pain. When I asked her, which was the worst pain she didn't hesitate, back-pain she said, back-pain.
So if you are suffering, or have suffered from back-pain, you probably were feeling pretty stressed out and my not even have realized it. A common alternative phrase for stressed-out is "up-tight", a word that very aptly describes ones state of being with back-pain. The supporting muscles become tight and inflexible and while regular chiropractor treatments, acupuncture and physical therapy can bring relief, there is no better long-term solution that deep inner relaxation, and I mean really deep inner relaxation right down to the cellular level.
